Last Saturday night Wes and I went over to his parents house for a game night. We played Catch Phrase, Yahtzee, and a new game that Brenda found on the internet. Catch Phrase was great fun for my mother-in-law and me. We won EVERY round. Once the boys had had enough of the losing we moved on to Yahtzee. After a few games we tried out the "internet" game.

Here is how you play the game. First you come up with a category like people, objects in the room, etc. Each person is given a sticky note and writes down a word that fits with the category. Then, without showing the person to your left you put the sticky note on their forehead. The goal is the for each person to ask yes/no questions to try and figure out who they are. You get to keep asking questions as long as you get "yes" answers. When you recieve a "no", it is the next persons turn to ask questions about who they are. The first person to guess who they are is the winner. In our first game we did people. I gave Wes Tina Fey and Brenda gave Wayne Sarah Palin...too funny! We had a great time and can't wait for our next game night.

nice... that internet game sounds like fun.
I LOVE game night. We need to live closer to each other. I love that "internet" game. I have my students play it in my girls group sometimes. It's hilarious!
