This past weekend we added a new member to the Boyd family. My older brother Mike married his best friend Jennifer. We all met Thursday evening at the newly weds house so that the men could have a final tux fitting. On Friday, Mom, Dad, Wes, Kolby, and I helped the Grotewiels decorate the reception location (Drexel Hall). At 6pm we had rehersal at Guardian Angels Catholic Church followed by dinner at Union Station. It was a very nice evening.
Saturday was the BIG day. At 8 a.m. the girls met to get their hair and makeup done. At 11 a.m. we made it to the church to dress and take pictures. Finally, at 1 p.m. the ceremony was under way. It was a beautiful ceremony. Jennifer looked stunning.
The wedding party took a trolly ride around the city for pictures. At 5pm we arrived at Drexel Hall. The evening ended after many hours of dancing. What a fun weekend!
